John lives in the city with his wife Alaina, their son Rasa and daughter Faith. John is dedicated to providing honest, reliable, and ethical services to every client he works with, and expects the same from any agent who works at LancLiving. John moved to Lancaster in 1993 to go to grad school and stayed because he fell in love with life here. He worked for Lancaster Newspapers for more than a decade as a newspaper reporter, including as the city beat reporter for the Lancaster New Era. He also worked as a writer and editor at Mennonite Central Committee in the late 1990s: service that took him to some 36 different countries around the globe. 

John is a member of Lancaster City's Historical Commission and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Diversity, Inclusivity and Equity Committee.

Danielle Wright


Danielle moved to Lancaster at age 10. She is proud to "almost" be a native of Lancaster County. She attended JP McCaskey High School (Go Tornados!) and after high school attended University in Rhode Island where she studied culinary arts. Upon returning to Lancaster she worked at a local restaurant as a line cook, before working at a local bank, which sparked her interest in real estate. Danielle has worked in the real estate industry since 2019. She's passionate about helping first time and assisting in first generation home buyers. When not working with buyers and sellers, she spends time with her two sons, cooking delicious meals for her family, and getting outdoors for adventurous activities.

Alex King


Alex moved his family from Europe to Lancaster in 2016 to take up a temporary post at F&M College. They love Lancaster City and County and decided to make it their home. Since gaining his license in 2019, he has been working with John and Fred to help people in their major life transitions of buying or selling their home. His Ph.D. in Anthropology (University of Virginia, 2000) has helped him learn a lot about the communities in Lancaster and how people connect to places in the county. His primary focus is residential properties in Lancaster City and County.

Ariana Garcia


Born and raised in Lancaster County, Ariana Garcia comes to real estate with a wealth of knowledge as a female entrepreneur, local fashion Influencer, and all things living local. Josh Rineer


Josh is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County, grew up on Cabbage Hill in Lancaster City, and proud alumni of McCaskey High School. Zach was born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps who has served his country honorably both at home and abroad. After serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003, Zach has not only started a family, but has also led an extensive customer based career since transitioning to civilian life. Micayla Roberts


Micayla moved to Lancaster County while attending Millersville University. After graduating in 2020 with a degree in Psychology, she loved the city so much that she decided to put down roots here and moved downtown, where she now lives. While Micayla began her career in mental health, she shortly uncovered a passion for all things real estate- from investing to around-the-house DIY projects. Micayla’s background in psychology has helped her learn how to comfortably, supportively, and enjoyably help you navigate through the process of buying or selling a home.

Hannah Cody

Hannah has 12 years experience in the Real Estate Industry.
